CHARLESTON †On Saturday during the conclusion of the 2008 Legislative Session, two resolutions sponsored by Senators H. Truman Chafin (D-Mingo) and John Pat Fanning (D-McDowell) were passed through the Senate and the House that mark the naming of two bridges within Mingo County.
